Responsibilities
- The Role: The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and performance of Wellfit’s CRM ecosystem.
- This role ensures our customer data is clean, reliable, and actionable while designing and maintaining automated customer journeys that support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives.
- This position combines data quality ownership, SQL-based analysis, lifecycle automation, and AI-assisted productivity.
- Key Responsibilities: CRM Data Management & Governance
- Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
- Maintain customer, account, and transaction records within the CRM
- Conduct regular audits to identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies
- Develop and enforce data standards, validation rules, and quality controls
- Implement SQL-based checks to monitor anomalies and prevent data degradation
- SQL & Data Analysis:
- Write and maintain SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and validation
- Build reusable query libraries for recurring business needs
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests across sales, marketing, and operations
- Monitor data quality metrics and recommend process improvements
- Customer Journey & Email Automation:
- Design and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows
- Build conditional triggers and logic-based segmentation using CRM tools and SQL
- Configure nurture campaigns, onboarding sequences, re-engagement flows, and lifecycle communications
- Test and optimize journey performance to ensure timely, relevant messaging
- Partner with marketing to translate campaign strategies into scalable automation
- Data Cleansing & Deduplication:
- Identify and merge duplicate records using SQL and CRM-native tools
- Standardize naming conventions and field formatting
- Enrich and validate data through research and cross-referencing
- Maintain a single source of truth across CRM records
- Reporting & System Monitoring:
- Create dashboards and reports on data quality, journey performance, and engagement metrics
- Track completeness rates, error rates, and compliance with data standards
- Build automated alerts and scheduled validation checks
- Support data migrations, imports, and system upgrades as needed
- AI-Assisted Productivity:
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate SQL development, formula creation, data transformation, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into ongoing data operations workflows

- 5+ years of experience in CRM data management, marketing operations, or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL (data extraction and manipulation)
- Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query)

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
