Responsibilities
- Process bi-monthly payroll via ADP
- Set up new employees in ADP and Carta, including compensation structures and benefits administration
- Track and update personnel compensation data; process changes as salary increases are awarded Accounts Payable & Financial Operations
- Pay all company bills and expenses in a timely manner
- Manage QuickBooks, including integration with Chase business accounts
- Build and maintain cash flow projection vs. actual reports
- Manage the company CD program to optimize interest earnings Equity & Corporate Administration
- Manage all corporate stock administration on Carta, including investor records, employee equity grants, and investor data room curation
- Support investor due diligence requests with timely, organized documentation Tax, Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate with external accountants on annual taxes and audit
- Research and manage state-specific compliance requirements (entity setup, reporting, taxes) across multiple states
- Liaise with fractional CFO as needed for guidance on complex financial matters
- Coordinate with India subsidiary, supporting compliance and reporting requirements across both entities Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Assist SVP with ad hoc financial analysis and modeling
- Maintain organized financial records and reporting Executive & Administrative Support (Light)
- Calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting as needed

The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Finance & Operations Associate to support our SVP of Operations. This is a full-time, hands-on role covering a broad range of financial operations, compliance, and administrative functions critical to keeping the company running smoothly. The ideal candidate is 1-5 years out of school with a finance background, strong systems knowledge, and the ability to work independently on both recurring and ad hoc tasks.
