- High School Diploma or GED Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience working around heavy equipment, construction, or asphalt environments preferred
- Basic mechanical and construction knowledge

- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
- Effective communication skills with supervisors, crew members, drivers, operators, and customers
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain site housekeeping standards
