Key Responsibilities · Process a high volume of accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness · Perform invoice matching and ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place · Manage manual payment processing and ensure accurate matching of payments · Handle bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations across multiple accounts · Allocate and split costs appropriately across intercompany transactions, ensuring proper coding and company alignment · Maintain and track expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies · Work with multiple bank accounts on a daily basis, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly · Identify discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting Qualifications · 5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience · Experience working in a mid-sized company environment preferred · Background in logistics, distribution, or supply chain industries is a plus · Hands-on experience with QuickBooks · Strong understanding of invoice matching, reconciliations, and intercompany accounting · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel · Experience managing multiple bank accounts and high transaction volumes · Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · High level of professionalism and ability to work independently Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
