Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the Fixed Asset lifecycle, including recording acquisitions, disposals, and working with cross functional teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Manage the Insurance Accounting manual, maintaining up-to-date documentation and ensuring all insurance-related transactions align with company policy.
- Execute all month-end close journal entries with precision, ensuring the general ledger reflects accurate financial positioning.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing the necessary data and schedules to support corporate reporting.
- Perform comprehensive account and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain the integrity of the balance sheet.
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for Fixed Assets and Insurance accounts, bridging the gap between sub-ledgers and the general ledger.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the broader Finance team to drive continuous improvement in accounting workflows.
- Work cross-enterprise with diverse functional teams to ensure a smooth finance operating model.
