- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned golf course clients
- Build trusted advisor relationships through proactive, consistent communication and follow-up
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and priorities with professionalism and transparency
- Clearly communicate marketing strategies, campaign performance, and recommendations to clients Strategy & Planning
- Develop tailored marketing strategies aligned with each client's business goals — including rounds, revenue, retention, events, and memberships
- Plan monthly marketing initiatives proactively rather than operating reactively
- Recommend campaigns based on seasonality, historical performance, client data, and golf industry best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lifetime value using Teesnap's tools and marketing services Campaign Execution
- Work with our internal specialist team to plan, build, and launch campaigns using Teesnap's CRM and marketing platform across channels, including:
- Email marketing
- Print materials
- Ensure all campaigns are accurate, on-brand, compliant, and delivered on schedule
- Monitor live campaigns and make optimizations to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with internal Specialists on asset and content creation Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and key marketing metrics on an ongoing basis
- Translate performance data into clear, client-friendly insights and actionable next steps
- Demonstrate return on investment (ROI) across engagement, rounds, revenue, and events
- Use internal platforms to build and maintain campaign plans and deliverables for team tracking Platform Expertise & Internal Collaboration
- Maintain strong working knowledge of Teesnap's marketing services, the SaaS platform
- Work with the clients assigned CSR rep to educate clients on platform capabilities, marketing best practices, and new features
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes
- Advocate for clients by sharing feedback and insights with internal teams and leadership
- Stay current on golf industry trends and digital marketing best practices MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High-caliber interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and insights to clients
