Requirements
- 5+ years experience of manufacturing environment in food industry preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment.
- Professional Experience or Certified in HACCP, GMP, or SQF Additional Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in a cGMP-regulated industry (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food preferred).
- Strong understanding of packaging machinery and processes, including bottling, labeling, induction sealing, lot coding, and pouching.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems for production tracking and inventory management.
- Ability to read and interpret batch records, safety documents, and production schedules.
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and SOP compliance.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English
