- Our client, a small boutique investment firm, is seeking an Office Associate to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure a polished, welcoming environment for employees and guests.
- In this role, you'll support essential office operations, coordinate daily logistics, and provide administrative support across a close-knit team.
- Responsibilities include supporting day‑to‑day office operations and maintaining an organized, well‑stocked workspace; coordinating supplies, mail, deliveries, and shared‑space upkeep; managing office access and liaising with building services and vendors; arranging daily lunches and occasional catering needs; greeting guests and managing incoming calls; maintaining physical and digital records; assisting with expense coordination and general administrative tasks; supporting scheduling and ad hoc projects as needs evolve.
