Requirements
  • Build and own a new business territory across the Bay Area and Northern California, targeting mid-market and enterprise importers and exporters
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and cold outreach through to RFQ, RFP, negotiation, and contract close
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline, providing reliable revenue forecasting to senior management
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities across the company's broader product portfolio including warehousing and distribution WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 5 years of international freight forwarding sales experience, with a demonstrable track record of winning new business independently
  • Strong working knowledge of Trans-Pacific air and ocean products, carrier relationships, and market pricing dynamics
  • Experience managing and closing complex RFQ and RFP processes with mid-market and enterprise-level shippers
  • Proven ability to build a pipeline from the ground up through direct prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Familiarity with customs brokerage, trade compliance, and value-added logistics services as part of a broader solution sell
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with regular availability for in-person client meetings across Northern California
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms for pipeline management and activity reporting WHAT'S ON OFFER
  • Uncapped commission structure with above-target accelerators
