- This role provides coordination, oversight, and administrative support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage assigned projects and program work packages
- Support full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, and closeout
- Ensure alignment with program goals, timelines, and enterprise impact Project Management & Compliance
- Manage projects in accordance with Federal Acquisition standards for major IT investments
- Develop and maintain key project artifacts, including: Project plans Gate review packages Risk tracking tools Budget and expenditure reports Reporting & Communication
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and oversight bodies
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefings
- Facilitate meetings, including agendas and documentation Risk & Issue Management
- Identify and assess risks impacting schedule, scope, or budget
- Recommend and implement mitigation strategies
- Proactively address variances with corrective actions Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and investment teams
- Gather and define customer requirements through collaboration
- Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams Tools & Documentation
- Develop deliverables using: Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Maintain project documentation in government systems such as: SharePoint JIRA Confluence Investment Support
