- Translate digital marketing performance into pipeline insights and refine campaign strategy, targeting, and channel investment

Requirements
- Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services environments
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot, to develop and deploy email marketing campaigns, and CRM platforms
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), like Conductor
- Experience with Content Management System (CMS), like WordPress, to manage websites
- Other:
- Demonstrated experience developing or managing conversion-focused landing pages designed to drive lead generation
- Experience building digital marketing dashboards and performance reporting
- Experience using web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools to measure digital performance
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and collaborate across teams

As the Digital Marketing Manager , you will be a key member of the firm’s Marketing team responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support brand visibility, lead generation, and business growth. In this role, you will manage digital campaigns, website performance, and search visibility while translating marketing performance into actionable insights for firm leadership. You will collaborate with internal teams, firm leadership, and external agencies to support digital initiatives and contribute to dashboards and reporting that demonstrate marketing impact and ROI.
