- Processes customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process customer orders received by email, fax, or EDI. and confirm orders back to customers and/or sales reps within 24 hrs.
- Communicate with customers via phone/email with information about their orders regarding tracking, ETA’s, availability, back orders.
- Etc.
- Send Pick Lists to proper warehouses for picking orders.
- Offer resolutions to customer conflict/complaints and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Provide quality customer service and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Help provide coverage with the front desk as needed.
- Additional duties will include reception desk, and answering general phone calls on a multi-line phone system.
