Requirements
  • Process customer orders received by email, fax, or EDI. and confirm orders back to customers and/or sales reps within 24 hrs.
  • Ensures that all customer orders are processed timely and accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and work closely with other depts and all company employees.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work well within a team environment.
  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Communication skills.
  • SAP knowledge (required)
