- Oversee operations of all concession stands, including setup, staffing, and logistics
- Program Coordination
- Organize and manage team shops (spirit wear) for athletic programs
- Coordinate Meet the Team Night and preseason parent meetings
- Assist with postseason banquets and special events
- Work with team parents to support coaches and program needs
- Athletic Department Support
- Maintain and update team history, records, and archives
- Update championship banners, trophies, and displays
- Assist with Booster Membership coordination and engagement
- Help organize the Coaches Appreciation Dinner
- Support planning and execution of the Athletic Hall of Fame Dinner
