- Manage a full caseload of family law matters—conduct client intake, fact investigation, and case strategy for divorce, custody, and support disputes.
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, settlement agreements, parenting plans, and complex dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
- Appear remotely and in-person for settlement conferences, hearings, and trials; prepare witness examinations and trial exhibits.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, draft stipulated orders, and structure financial and parenting resolutions to protect client interests.
- Coordinate with forensic experts, custody evaluators, and financial professionals; manage document production and evidentiary exhibits.
- Maintain matter management, billing, and client communications using practice-management tools; supervise paralegal support on discovery and document assembly.

We serve clients across the San Francisco Bay Area and statewide in California via remote advocacy and court appearances where required.
