- Prepare and manage accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Summary: The Controller will serve as a key member of The Legacy Utility Group leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for Legacy Utility Group and its subsidiary companies Jaeger Vacuum Excavation, ECS and Guardian Traffic Solutions. This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity, driving operational efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. The Controller will lead a team of accounting professionals while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
