Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Designation required Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Proven success managing audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance
  • Hands-on experience overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions
  • Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and integration Technical & Financial Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities to support operational decision-making
  • Proficiency with accounting systems and ERP software (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting functions
  • Experience designing and implementing internal controls, automation, and process improvements Required Skills Leadership & Collaboration

Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred)
