Staff Accountant – Property Management (3+ Years Experience) Company: Monem Corporation Location: West Hollywood, CA (Full-Time, In Office) Portfolio: Multifamily residential (~1,700+ units across Los Angeles) Position Overview Monem Corporation is seeking a Staff Accountant with 3+ years of experience to support accounting operations across a multifamily portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on property-level financials, working closely with property management and leadership to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple properties in a fast-paced environment. Experience with AppFolio is strongly preferred.
