- Collaborate with management to implement and refine procedures that support high-quality client care

- Maintain awareness of home safety conditions and promote a strong culture of safety

Play a key role in delivering exceptional care by conducting client assessments, shaping personalized care plans, and ensuring caregivers consistently meet the highest standards. In this PRN role, you’ll lead caregiver onboarding and orientation, guiding new hires through hands-on competency and skills evaluations that set them up for success.
Enjoy a flexible schedule with competitive pay of $40-$50/hour for training, support, and skills oversight, plus $100 for initial assessments (45-60 minutes) and $75 for follow-ups (approximately 30 minutes), with hours that adapt to your availability.
