- Prepare lease documents, correspondence, and property records, while maintaining accurate information in Yardi and internal systems

- Partner on tenant improvement and capital projects, property inspections, and general operational support

Associate Property Manager Seattle (Hybrid and on-site visits) Join a family-owned commercial real estate investment firm with more than $1B in assets and a strong local presence. They are seeking an Associate Property Manager to support a small, well-funded team overseeing a substantial portfolio of commercial properties in the Puget Sound region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working as an Assistant Property Manager in commercial real estate, or for someone in multifamily property management who is looking to grow into commercial property management. You’ll work closely with your Property and Maintenance teams to gain exposure to the financial and operational side of the business, and have the opportunity to grow your career with a stable, long-term ownership group.
