Responsibilities
- The Communications Manager at MAX Service Group will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's narrative and enhancing the visibility of our market leading brands.
- Responsible for overseeing strategic communications, this role encompasses the development and execution of comprehensive communication strategies.
- From directing engaging content to managing social media, tracking impact metrics, and maintaining brand consistency.
- Oversees strategic marketing communications plans across 5x MAX Service Group brands in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky
- Collaborates with program teams to develop and execute communications strategies that amplify offers and messages, engage stakeholders and employ creative, multi-media tactics
- Develops and executes comprehensive content plans across print, email and social media platforms.
- Crafts engaging content, maintains brand consistency and constantly evaluates ROI
- Owner of company Brand Ambassador social media program
- Develop communications strategy delivering the right message to the right client at the right time using tactics such as social media, email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc.
- Manage and grow our social media presence to engage existing and potential clients across multiple platforms (Facebook, IG, etc.)
- Develop brands social media strategy, campaigns + marketing content plans
- Monitoring and interacting with clients and community organizations via the company social media accounts
- Analyzing the company’s social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching and implementing social media trends
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to operate at a strategic level, coupled with the willingness to do whatever it takes to execute in the day-to-day
- Optimize, own, and manage our communications calendar, working collaboratively with our team to plan and publish content regularly
- Support communications by managing cross-enterprise projects such as surveys, customer case studies, customer and brand videos, building themes/narratives/storyboards, etc.
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with our in-house Videographer, Graphic Designer, Digital Market, Media Buyer and SEO managers
