- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with CHRUSA's growth objectives
- Lead, recruit, mentor, and retain a team of regional sales directors and business development professionals
- Own revenue targets across all service lines, including HR support, payroll and tax services, workers' compensation, group health benefits, 401(k)/529 savings plans, and time & attendance solutions

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Vice President of national sales to lead CHRUSA's national sales strategy and drive sustained revenue growth. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the DORS will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performance sales organization, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning CHRUSA as the employer services partner of choice for small to mid-size businesses.
This is a senior leadership role for a proven closer and team builder who thrives in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
