Requirements
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facility Management Professional (FMP), or Sustainability Facility Professional (SFM) designations a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in facility management or related field with progressive responsibility.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service in complex facility environments.
  • Demonstrated experience managing technical and administrative staff effectively.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and performance to achieve operational goals.
  • Track record of successful budget management and capital planning for facility operations.
  • Knowledge of industrial facilities management operations, safe work practices, accounting, CMMS, and building systems.
