- Set up and configure new user workstations, including imaging and deployment
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or engineering teams as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes and solutions Qualifications:
