- Coordinate meetings, calls, and priorities
- Eliminate scheduling friction and protect leadership time 📧 Email & Communication Triage
- Review and organize inboxes daily
- Flag priorities and draft responses
- Ensure nothing important slips through 📊 Task & Project Coordination
- Maintain a centralized task management system (ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
- Track key initiatives across:
- Investor updates
- Marketing campaigns
- Follow up relentlessly to keep things moving ✈️ Travel, Events & Logistics
- Book travel and manage itineraries
- Coordinate meetings, job fairs, speaking engagments, and events
- Handle logistics so leadership can focus on execution 🧩 Operations & Admin Support
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and Canva files
- Assist with reports, presentations, and investor materials

We’re building something big—and we’re looking for someone who wants to be in the trenches with the founders as we scale. The Role We’re hiring a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented operator to work directly with the CEO and CFO/COO. This is not a traditional assistant role. You will act as the central hub of execution , helping manage schedules, communications, projects, and day-to-day operations across the business.
