Requirements
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, technical sales, solutions consulting, or business development within a data-driven or AI-enabled environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain:
  • Predictive modeling concepts
  • AI-driven lead scoring
  • Data integrations and APIs
  • CRM and marketing automation workflows
  • Experience selling into marketing, growth, operations, or revenue teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, attribution models) and translate them into strategic recommendations.
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery calls that uncover both business and technical requirements.
  • Experience working within Salesforce (or comparable CRM) and using data to manage pipeline and forecasting.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex AI and data concepts in clear, outcome-focused language.
  • Self-starter mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
