- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial insights to support growth, capital allocation, and value creation initiatives
- Participate in board meetings, strategic planning, and key business initiatives
- Build and lead a best-in-class finance organization, including systems, processes, and team development Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Lead annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes
- Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, including the impact of acquisitions and integrations
- Oversee monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis, reforecasting, and executive-level presentations

Position Overview
The HT Group has partnered with a growing, private equity-backed multi-family real estate platform based in Atlanta in the search for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an immediate need. The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for building a scalable finance function, supporting mergers and acquisitions, and driving financial strategy to enable continued growth and value creation. This role partners closely with the CEO and investors and plays a critical role in shaping the company’s long-term success.
