- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across key categories including lumber, doors, and related materials
- Analyze market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance to ensure optimal cost and value
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships , including contract negotiation and ongoing performance management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with plant floor teams and operations to address material needs, resolve issues, and improve workflows
- Oversee inventory management processes , ensuring accurate tracking, forecasting, and material availability
- Manage and optimize material purchasing workflows within NetSuite , including part number structuring and system accuracy
- Support ERP and system transitions , including process improvements and adoption of new tools
- Utilize data to drive KPI development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure alignment between sourcing strategies and manufacturing job cost accounting requirements

- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management
