Requirements
  • Regularly report on sales performance and key business metrics.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in specialty and multi-specialty tech, or SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of the specialty and multi-specialty industry, including providers, payers, and regulatory landscape.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through consultative selling and relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience using Hubspot CRM platforms to track sales activities and manage customer relationships.
  • Hands-on experience using tools like Apollo.io, Instantly, and others
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hybrid or based in TX, GA, KY, TN, NY.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B setting.
  • Ability to travel extensively as needed for client meetings and industry events
Preferred Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in specialty and multi-specialty tech, or SaaS.
  • Experience working with healthcare applications or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience working in AI, health tech solutions is a plus.
Education
  • (Not required) – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
