- Partner with CEO and President to drive financial strategy and long-term growth initiatives
- Provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Support decision-making through detailed financial analysis and KPI tracking
- Improve visibility into material usage and costs, identifying root causes of any waste and implementing controls to protect margins
- Build more robust cost tracking and inventory controls to enhance accuracy across production and purchasing
- Streamline and optimize banking and treasury processes, reducing manual workflows and improving cash visibility
- Strengthen accounts payable processes and controls, ensuring timely payments, improved vendor management, and better alignment with cash flow
- Partner with operations and procurement to implement spend controls, evaluate vendor pricing, and ensure disciplined purchasing practices M&A and Integration
- Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions (targeting 3-5 deals over the next few years)
- Oversee integration of newly acquired businesses, including systems, processes, and reporting
- Establish scalable financial infrastructure across a multi-entity platform Operational Finance Leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Analyze margins by customer, product, and business line
- Identify trends in seasonality, pricing, and cost structures
- Partner closely with operations to forecast and manage production and maintenance costs
- Analyze margins by customer, product, and channel, including pricing strategies, rebate programs, and incentive structures Treasury & Banking
- Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and capital planning
- Support financial structuring of acquisitions Team Leadership
- Lead and develop accounting and finance team including Accounting Manager, Senior Accountant, and AR/AP staff
