On the Fund Oversight and Valuation team at VanEck, you'll oversee NAV accuracy by reviewing pricing exceptions, corporate actions, custody/accounting reconciliations, and monitoring potential fund issues or violations. You will manage treasury-related activities including monitoring segregation and cash/borrowing accounts, tracking defaulted/restricted/illiquid positions, calculating fund dividend distributions, and preparing fund expense payments and profitability forecasts. You will also prepare and review a range of regulatory and governance reports, including Pricing Committee and Board of Trustees materials, semiannual and annual financial statements, monthly N-PORT filings, and solvency reporting.
