Requirements
  • Experience: Two (2) years of clerical, fiscal, or accounting work experience.
  • A Paralegal Certificate may substitute one (1) year of required work experience.
  • General office practices, procedures, and equipment required to support the specialized work of the assigned unit(s), i.e., standard office equipment, computer equipment, and computer software applications (Microsoft Office 365) etc.
  • Odyssey Navigation (MDEC).
  • Uniform Court System (UCS Legacy System).
  • Legal terminology, and estate administration.
  • Real Property database search and assessment.
  • Customer Relations Management.
  • Skip Tracing (research, investigation and gathering information to locate Guardians/Trustees).
Preferred Skills
  • A Paralegal Certificate may substitute one (1) year of required work experience.
  • Preferred: Some college or AA degree in Business Administration or a Paralegal Certificate.
Education
  • (Not required) – Education: High School diploma (or GED equivalent).

  • (Required) – A bachelor's degree may substitute two (2) years of required work experience.
