We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and/or Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. LPN/RN Responsibilities:
Accurately record and monitor patient medical histories and vital signs Observe residents under treatment and report progress or side effects Monitor conditions, including fluid intake/output, and update charts Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing and eating Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and enemas Perform general nursing tasks as needed Provide compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
LPN/RN Requirements:
Active and unencumbered LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri Knowledge of nursing best practices, patient care, and confidentiality standards Familiarity with healthcare safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, reliable, and able to manage stressful situations calmly
