- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with Oregon state regulations and best practices.
- Conduct virtual IEP meetings and collaborate effectively with parents, students (as appropriate), general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators.
- Ensure IEP goals and objectives are measurable, relevant, and aligned with the student's needs and the curriculum.
- Adapt and modify curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities in the virtual setting.
- Provide direct and indirect specialized instruction to students with disabilities in individual and small group virtual settings.
- Utilize a variety of online teaching methodologies, assistive technologies, and accommodations to support student learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to provide effective co-teaching strategies and ensure accessibility of the general education curriculum.
- Implement evidence-based practices and interventions to address students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
- Provide ongoing assessment and progress monitoring of IEP goals and objectives.
- Support on-site testing events periodically throughout the year (required).
- Participate in virtual professional development and collaborate with colleagues on online teaching best practices.

Commitments
Status: Salary, Exempt
Type: Regular, Full-Time (10 Months)
This remote position will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades K-12 within our virtual learning platform.
Support on-site testing events periodically throughout the year (required).
Attend virtual staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of Stellar Virtual.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment.
Residency in the state of Oregon is required.

This remote position will be responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades K-12 within our virtual learning platform.
