- Direct the organization’s overall financial strategy, including long-range planning and capital allocation
- Oversee core financial functions such as accounting, treasury, forecasting, reporting, and risk management
- Ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and aligned with internal and external reporting standards
- Guide the budgeting process across operating units and investment activities
- Maintain strong internal controls and financial oversight across all entities
- Enhance systems, reporting tools, and workflows to support efficiency and transparency
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure ongoing compliance across jurisdictions
- Lead audit coordination and maintain strong relationships with external partners Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures in alignment with GAAP standards and public company requirements
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate performance, establish financial targets, and track key business metrics
- Perform financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities
- Oversee enterprise risk by evaluating financial exposure, liabilities, and capital deployment strategies
- Manage banking relationships, financing structures, and investor communications
- Monitor performance through reporting dashboards and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams while ensuring systems and processes remain compliant with applicable standards (FASB, IRS, etc.)
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions, and organizational restructuring Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles, ideally within multi-entity or investment-driven organizations

- Active CPA license required
- Prior experience working within a public real estate structure is essential
