Set the vision and strategy for creator, influencer, and organic social across brands
Lead teams responsible for day-to-day execution and performance across Creator/Influencer + Organic Social
Build a scalable creator ecosystem (influencers, cultural creators, UGC) that drives reach and relevance
Define the role of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) within the marketing ecosystem
Growth, Commerce & Impact
Connect creator and social programs to demand generation, revenue, and customer growth
Support social commerce and merchandising integration
Partner with Brand Marketing and Merchandising on key campaigns and product stories
Measurement & Accountability
Establish KPIs across engagement, discoverability, and revenue contribution
Partner with Marketing Investment & Forecasting to assess ROI and incrementality
Translate performance into clear, executive-level reporting
Cross-Functional Integration
Ensure creator and social programs align to campaign narratives
Partner across Brand, PR, Media, and Partnerships for cohesive execution
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing team, including two senior managers
Create scalable processes, playbooks, and standards
Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and commercial impact
