Commitments
This role will report to our VP, Marketing.
This role is required to be on site at our Carmel, IN Headquarters.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in web development and website optimization.

About The Position
Clinical Architecture is seeking a Web Developer and SEO Specialist to join our Marketing department to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our web properties in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role combines hands-on web development with search engine optimization (SEO) expertise to ensure our websites perform well, support marketing initiatives, and remain highly discoverable in search engines and AI-driven search platforms.
The Web Developer and SEO Specialist will manage Clinical Architecture's brand website and a custom client-facing website, ensuring each remains secure, functional, and optimized for performance and visibility. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in code to build and enhance functionality beyond standard WordPress themes and plugins, while supporting marketing campaigns, landing pages, and performance tracking within HubSpot.
This role will report to our VP, Marketing.
