Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume skilled-trades or field-based technician environments
  • Someone who has clearly demonstrated hands-on experience pipelining technical - skilled trade talent, especially field service-technician profiles.
  • Strong relationship management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with offer negotiation and knowledge of employment legislation and labor market trends
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and recruiting technologies
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to recruiting
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills

Education
