About The Role
The Noodle Prep is responsible for the preparation and production of fresh noodle and dough-based items in a high-volume production environment. This role ensures product quality, consistency, and food safety by following Din Tai Fung recipes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all applicable regulatory requirements. The Noodle Prep supports efficient operations through accurate batch production, proper handling and storage of ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
COMPENSATION: $22.50/hour
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
