- Event Management: Assist in planning and shadowing youth basketball events, clinics, and programs
- Inventory Organization: Manage and organize basketball equipment and promotional materials
- Community Engagement: Assist in building and maintaining positive relationships within the community to promote youth basketball and lacrosse initiatives
- Girls Basketball Growth: Actively contribute and research programs and facilities that encourage the growth and participation of girls in basketball
- Front Office Exposure: Gain insights into the inner workings of a professional sports team's front office, including administrative tasks and collaboration with various departments
- Learning Opportunities
- Work closely with the Director of Youth Programs
- Observe and practice how to manage partnerships and community relationships
- Observe and practice how to plan and successfully run youth clinics
- Observe and practice how to produce great work results through organization, integrity, effective communication and proactive problem solving
- Observe and practice how to focus on small details and accuracy in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Observe and practice how to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Youth Programs Intern will have the opportunity to observe and practice our mission.
Ability to work non-traditional and long hours including evening and weekends
Ability to travel within the Dallas community for outreach and events
