Requirements
- Data Feasibility: Profile structured and unstructured data (using SQL/Python) to validate if an automation is actually viable.
- BA Foundations: 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to AI, Data, or Automation projects.
- The Azure Ecosystem: Strong experience working within Azure environment (Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps) to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
- Data Visualization & Analytics: Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau to visualize automation KPIs, telemetry, and data-driven insights.
- Scripting & Data Science: Working knowledge of Python for data profiling and output validation.
- AI Frameworks: Familiarity with LangChain, MCP, or GitHub Copilot to streamline software delivery.
- General AI Involvement: A broad understanding of the current AI landscape, including RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and ethical-AI governance (GDPR).

Role: AI Technical Business Analyst (AI Automations) Location : Manhattan (Hybrid 3 Days WFH) Salary : $130k - $150k We are currently partnering with a forward-thinking digital consultancy that is at the bleeding edge of Enterprise AI . They are seeking a Technical Business Analyst who specializes in AI Automations to act as the primary bridge between high-level business strategy and technical engineering teams. This isn't a "standard" BA role. You will be a champion for Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) , helping the organization move beyond simple chatbots into sophisticated, automated ecosystems that generate code, documentation, and complex workflows. The Mission You will shape how the firm uses internal AI tooling to accelerate solution design. Your goal is to reduce manual effort across the delivery lifecycle, using AI to build AI. Key Responsibilities:
