- Establish the company’s brand narrative and messaging framework to ensure clear and differentiated market positioning.
- Provide strategic direction for brand storytelling, industry insights, and customer success narratives.
- Ensure marketing content reinforces brand credibility, technical expertise, and long-term customer partnership.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Insight
- Monitor industry trends and competitive positioning to proactively evolve messaging and brand differentiation.
- Leverage insights and analytics to refine engagement strategies and measure brand impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to ensure marketing supports customer relationships and reinforces marketplace leadership.
- Serve as an internal advocate for customer-centric thinking.
- Marketing Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the marketing function, including oversight of the Marketing Communications Manager.
- Provide strategic direction and prioritization for marketing communications, brand initiatives, and engagement programs.
