- Own forecasting models, cadence, and accuracy across the revenue function
- Define and maintain clear revenue definitions and governance standards
- Act as the single source of truth for revenue data across CRM, BI, and sales tools
- Design and optimise revenue systems with a focus on data quality and consistency
- Analyse pipeline, conversion, and performance metrics to identify trends and gaps
- Partner with leadership to understand deal performance and key drivers of wins and losses
- Build and evolve the revenue engine, connecting activity, pipeline, conversion, and capacity
- Support headcount planning, ramp modelling, and capacity forecasting
- Partner with CRO and Finance to design quota frameworks and incentive structures
- Align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams around consistent revenue reporting

- Support pipeline reviews and deal inspections to improve forecasting confidence Requirements
- 5–8 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or a similar function
- Experience supporting or scaling high-growth sales organisations
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Proven ability to build and improve systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
- Experience working with CRM and revenue tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working closely with executive stakeholders and influencing decisions
