- Lead cost analysis efforts including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting
- Participate in Estimate at Completion reviews, validating data and explaining variances

- Monitor cost and schedule performance in collaboration with project teams and schedulers

This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, cost transparency, and data driven decision making across complex projects. You will partner closely with project managers, construction teams, and leadership to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking.
