8+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of deep technical experience in ServiceNow development and architecture Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow-specific development tools including Studio, UI Builder, and Service Portal Proven experience working within FedRAMP or similarly regulated government cloud environments Strong understanding of CMDB and IT Operations Management including Discovery and Service Mapping Experience designing and implementing third-party integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and REST/SOAP APIs Ability to translate functional requirements into high-level design documents and technical specifications Experience establishing development standards and conducting code reviews US Citizenship or Green Card required Required Certifications
