- Answers phone calls and takes messages to relay to leaders; directs all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Such projects include taking meeting minutes, providing requested support to compliance and institutional effectiveness team members, maintaining distribution lists accurately, coordinating room reservations and event set-up, and payroll duties.
- Arrange travel schedules and reservations for leaders; reconcile travel expenses as requested by leaders.
- Maintain essential files as directed by leaders.

Primary Function/General Purpose Of Position
This position is responsible for provision of a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position supports at least four leaders of the Bon Secours Mercy Health Higher Education Institutions as located in Richmond, VA.
