- Manage the recruitment lifecycle for entry-level roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.

- Utilize recruiting tools and ATS platforms to identify and engage top talent.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, college recruiting events, and networking initiatives.
- Conduct site visits to local properties for hiring events, meetings, and employee engagement.
- Partner with Corporate Branding and leadership to ensure consistent employer brand messaging.
- Create and manage engaging recruitment content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Monitor and respond to employer review platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
- Support employee engagement and recognition initiatives through digital platforms.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation within ATS and HR systems.
- Manage administrative tasks including offer letters, employment verifications, and onboarding materials.
- Provide weekly updates and reports to leadership.
- Support special projects, recruiting initiatives, and additional duties as assigned.
