Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level)
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Skills
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level)
  • Advantage: Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clay
