- Cross-functional impact: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure strong alignment and measurable results
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives across B2B and B2C segments
- Oversee all marketing functions including branding, digital marketing, product marketing, content, PR, events, and lead generation
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align messaging, targeting, and go-to-market initiatives

- Oversee employer branding efforts and coordinate with the leadership team to support a consistent voice across the organization

- Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics and report results to senior leadership
- Drive trade show and event strategy, including planning, logistics, and lead capture

Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in both B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in manufacturing and/or service industries
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, CRM systems, and marketing technologies (SEO/SEM, email, social, CMS)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities
- Creative mindset paired with strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Proven success in both B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in manufacturing and/or service industries
- Experience launching new products or services is a plus
