Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in creative direction, brand management, or design within a B2C environment
  • Demonstrated experience personally executing creative work—not just overseeing
  • Proven involvement in brand refreshes, rebrands, or visual evolution initiatives
  • Strong portfolio showing hands-on design, campaign execution, and digital work
  • Proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Figma and/or Canva
  • Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Brand storytelling
  • Consumer engagement
  • Performance-driven creative
  • Hands-on creative production & execution
  • B2C campaign development
  • Digital & social advertising creative
  • Brand systems & visual identity
  • Strong communication and prioritization
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment
  • Onsite presence required first 90 days then moves to hybrid 3/2 based on performance within the role – NW Houston, TX 77070 (249N and Louetta)
  • Must be able to work standard full-time hours Monday to Friday with flexibility during campaign launches
Education
  • (Required) – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
