- Experience Systems & Infrastructure
- Lead the initial setup and ongoing management of a centralized UX and content documentation hub (SharePoint).
- Maintain a unified SharePoint site that houses all UX, content, design, and reference materials.
- Build and manage the Figma design library, components, and resources for enterprise web properties.
- Gather and organize existing reference materials, templates, and pattern documentation.
- Design Governance & Collaboration
- Partner closely with the internal UX Center of Excellence to drive alignment and consistency.
- Define which UX patterns can be self-served and which require guided UX consultation.
- Consult with stakeholders on initiatives requiring UX strategy, refinement, or deeper engagement.
- Support alignment across communications teams and additional business units outside of core stakeholders.
- User Research & Strategy
- Oversee user research documentation, personas, and general research for enterprise web platforms.
- Contribute to content strategy and UX strategy initiatives—strengthening mature processes and helping guide new ones.
- Support governed initiatives that impact multiple enterprise stakeholders.
- User Experience & Information Architecture
- Lead UX improvements across key digital properties, including the main website and related digital tools.
- Provide information architecture guidance and help drive large-scale site structure updates.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to align on shared goals and long-term UX initiatives.
- Operational Support
- Help refine and improve UX intake processes.
