Commitments
This role will be located in either our Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Washington D.C. offices.
Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

About The Role
The Business Development Specialist – Litigation & Trial is an integral part of Latham’s Business Development team and will be responsible for working in close collaboration with the Litigation & Trial Business Development (BD) team, key market leaders, and colleagues across the Business Development department to support the Litigation & Trial department’s overall marketing and business development goals, while developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of practice, market and industry expertise, client mix, matter experience, trade groups, and media. This role will be located in either our Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, San Diego, San Francisco, Silicon Valley or Washington D.C. offices. A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience within a law firm or professional services environment
A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting litigation practice areas, preferably
